If Jesus is really God, would he have a Head (i.e., someone over him with more authority)? (1 Cor. 11:3)

1 Corinthians 11:3 says, "Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God." (New International Version)

The TEV/Good News Bible reads the same scripture this way:

"But I want you to understand that Christ is supreme over every man, the husband is supreme over his wife, and God is supreme over Christ."

This verse plainly states that man has a head (i.e., superior), woman has a head, and Christ has a head. God does not have a head or superior.

Not only is God indicated to be superior over Christ here, but God is phrased as a separate person from Christ. This scripture was written when Christ was in heaven, not on earth. Jesus Christ is not God.
