If the holy spirit really is a person, then why is it sandwiched between a list of QUALITIES at 2 Cor. 6:6?

At 2 Corinthians 6:6, the Holy Spirit is listed with a number of qualities:

"...by purity, by knowledge, by long-suffering, by kindness, by holy spirit, by love free from hypocrisy" - NWT

It wouldn't make much sense for a person to be mentioned in this manner.

Also, in the Greek text of 2 Cor. 6:6, the word /definite article "the" does not occur. Yet many biased translations get creative in getting around that.
