Jehovah God created humans with the capacity to enjoy life:
"Jehovah God made to grow out of the ground every tree desirable to one's sight and good for food." (Gen. 2:8)
"There is nothing better than that [a man] should eat and indeed drink and cause his soul to see good because of his hard work." (Eccl. 2:24)
However, the Bible counsels true Christians on what they should seek:
Things to "practice":
"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well spoken of, whatever virtue there is and whatever praiseworthy thing there is, continue considering these things. The things that YOU learned as well as accepted and heard and saw in connection with me, practice these; and the God of peace will be with you." (Philippians 4:8-9)
Things to avoid:
"Let fornication and uncleanness of every sort or greediness not even be mentioned among YOU, just as it befits holy people; neither shameful conduct nor foolish talking nor obscene jesting, things which are not becoming, but rather the giving of thanks. For YOU know this, recognizing it for yourselves, that no fornicator or unclean person or greedy person "which means being an idolater" has any inheritance in the kingdom of the Christ and of God." (Ephesians 5:3-5)

Another thing to consider:
A person could honestly ask themselves, "Would I freely admit to having enjoyed a particular movie, (music, T.V. program, card and board games...etc) to others?" If not, why not?
"Therefore, whether YOU are eating or drinking or doing anything else, do all things for God's glory." (1 Cor. 10:31)
